[What the role is]
As a Senior Officer in the Organisation Development (OD) Department, you will be under the Corporate Affairs & Development Division, which manages the organisational development, communications and marketing of ITE.

[What you will be working on]

The OD Department oversees an exciting and diverse portfolio of work, including but not limited to corporate planning, organisational excellence and innovation & service excellence. You will have opportunities to be exposed to different areas of work and/or cross-functional projects. In line with ITE’s focus on digitalisation, OD Officers are expected to learn and be open to applying new technology in their work.

[What we are looking for]

We value candidates who have a growth mind-set, and are resourceful, meticulous and able to work well in teams. As an OD Officer, you must be an effective communicator with strong analytical and writing skills. Having experience in staff innovation and service quality-related work is a definite plus point. A keen sense of perspective, coupled with the ability to produce simple video content and/or infographics for stakeholder communication purposes, is highly advantageous. You will also be required to support the organisation of corporate events in various modes (physical, virtual or hybrid).
